B: Ĉu viaj gepatroj estas hejme? 

A: Jes. Sidiĝu bonvole!

B: Ĉu vi fartas bone? 

A: Jes, tre bone. Dankon. Kaj vi? 

B: Ankaŭ tre bone. Dankon. 

A: Kion vi volas trinki, kafon aŭ teon? 

B: Donu al mi tason da kafo. 

A: Jen kafo por vi.

B: Are your parents at home?

A: Yes. Please sit down!

B: Are you fine?

A: Yes, very fine. Thank you. And you?

B: I am fine too. Thank you.

A: Which would you like to drink, Cafe or tea?

B: Please give me a cup of cafe.

A: Here is the cafe.

B: I want to learn Esperanto, can you help me?

A: My pleasure. Let’s learn together.

B: Do we learn from now on?

A: Of course.

A: Haloo, ĉi tie parolas Jana. Ĉu mi parolas kun Aldo? 

B: Jes, mi estas Aldo. 

A: Kion vi nun faras? 

B: Mi legas ĵurnalon. Mi legas interesan artikolon. 

A: Hieraŭ vespere mi telefonis al vi, sed vi ne estis hejme.

B: Pardonon. Hieraŭ mi vizitis miajn geonklojn kaj revenis hejmen tre malfrue.

A: Morgaŭ antaŭtagmeze mi rigardos novan filmon. Ĉu vi ne iros kun mi, se vi estos libera?

B: Jes, mi volonte iros kun vi.

A: Bone. Mi atendos vin en mia hejmo. Ĝis morgaŭ! 

B: Ĝis la revido!

A: Hello, this is Jana. Is that Aldo speaking with me?

B: Yes, this is Aldo.

A: What are you doing now?

B: I am reading the magazine. I am reading an interesting article.

A: I called you yesterday evening, but you were not at home. 

B: Sorry. Yesterday I visited my ancles and returned home very late.

A: Tomorrow morning I’ll go to see a new film. Don’t you go with me, if you are free?

B: Yes, I’ll go with you voluntarily.

A: Great! I’ll wait you at home. See you tomorrow!

B: See you!

A: Sub la ŝranko. 

B: Mi dankas vin. 

A: Ne dankinde. 

B: Mi tre ŝatas tiun ĉi plumon, kvankam ĝi estas malnova. 

A: Kial?  

B: Ĉar mia patro donacis ĝin al mi antaŭ dek jaroj. 

A: Antaŭ dek jaroj?  

B: Jes. Antaŭ dek jaroj mi komencis lerni en universitato. Mia patro donis al mi la plumon kaj diris: "Nun vi jam fariĝis studento. Mi gratulas vin." 

A: Whose pen is this?

B: Hey, it is my pen. I lost it yesterday. I looked for it everywhere, but I did not find it anywhere. Where did you see it?

A: Under the cupboard.

B: Thank you.

A: Not at all.

B: I like this pen very much, although it is old.

A: Why?

B: Because my father sent it to me 10 years ago.

A: 10 years ago?

B: Yes. 10 years ago I began to study in the college. My father gave me the pen and said: “Now you become a college student. Congratulations!”

A: Mi iras al parko. Miaj familianoj atendas min tie. Ĝis revido! 

B: Ĝis revido! 

A:  Good day, Mrs. Boll.

B:  Goog day, Mr. Adek.

A:  Where are you going?

B:  I am going to the hospital.

A:  Are you ill?

B:  No. I am going to visit my friend. He is a doctor. And where are you going?

A:  I am going to the park. My family members are waiting for me there. Goodbye!

B:  Goodbye!

Karlo estas oficisto. Li laboras en kompanio. Li estas esperantisto. Li parolas Esperante tre flue. Li estas prezidanto de Esperanto-Asocio de nia urbo. Kvankam li estas tre okupita, li gvidas Esperanto-kurson vespere. Li instruas nian lingvon al komencantoj. La kursanoj tre ŝatas lin.

Karlo is an office worker. He works in an company. He is an Esperantist. He speaks Esperanto very fluently. He is the present of the Esperanto-Association in our city. Although he is very busy, he teaches the Esperanto-lessons in the evening. He instructs the beginners in Esperanto. The learners like him very much.

B: Jes, ni havas du lernohorojn de Esperanto. 

A: Kie estas via klasĉambro? 

B: Ĝi estas en tiu lernejo. 

A: Kiu instruas vin?  

B: Sinjoro Boll. 

A: Kiom da jaroj li havas? 

B: Li havas nur dudek kvin jarojn. 

A: Ho, li estas tre juna!

A: Do you have any lessons today?

B: Yes, we have two lessons of Esperanto.

A: Where is your classroom?

B: It is in that school.

A: Who teaches you?

B: Mr. Boll.

A: How old is he?

B: He is only 25 years old.

A: Oh, He is very young!
